I might be wrong, but I don't think they need to know about how the trials are going. The results were used in the patent application, but the SEC doesn't evaluate the validity of the company's work or product. Only whether or not it is eligible for listing.

I believe the idea was to list on the NASDAQ before getting the full OSA results so that the news would be exposed to a larger market. so I hope it lists before then. But even if it doesn't theres a lot of news due in the first 2 quarters of the year so I'm not too worried
