For those putting all of their eggs in the 'January Listing' basket..be prepared for it to not occur, as the BOD are going to aim to list on the NASDAQ at an opportune time, so if they see this as any number of weeks after January, then so be it.
Keep in mind, the wording of the announcement was "in a position to list in January 2022", which I interpreted as "we are good to go, just waiting for the best possible time" (For example, possibly OSA results being nearly ready to be released to the market?).
