I'm not suggesting that results are held back or not disclosed, however finalising or double-checking the results (i.e the last 1-2%) may not be prioritised in order that the NASDAQ listing is completed and therefore more eyeballs on IHL

If were to be the case, then the listing is only important as far as it would be the catalyst for a series of announcements (trial progress/results).

The listing is the starters gun.
