That "time in the market" argument applies more on a generalised view of the general trend and not at specific pivot points, especially if you are upon them. Timing is everything to charts, to deals, to CR, to sentiment etc.... The Nasdaq is just a bourse. IHL is already listed with "time in the market". Timing is about a lot of things.
It is like the diversification 101 strategy. Buffet's model is the opposite of that as are many investors I know who are very wealthy. That is another strategy for mediocre returns. You only need a few stocks to change your life. (That's Buffets quote) IHL is one of them.
Having said that, I have total confidence in the BOD and they are a lot smarter than generic 101 mantras.
