They’re not timing the market, that’s just your hypothesis.
IHL pulled the capital raising for obvious and legitimate reasons and they’re now completing the process for a compliance listing. That appears to be nearly complete, based on the recent filings.
I don’t imagine you’ve ever listed a company on the NASDAQ before (I certainly haven’t) so why don’t you just let them get on with it. I’m guessing it’s a complex process that’s above our pay grade.
There’s been a very significant buyer in the market for more than a week. I’m speculating they’ve got a very, very good reason for getting involved. Personally I think the OSA results are going to put this company on the global stage.
