Hi Recruiter - I didn't write in reply to your :- "look forward to marketing the Offering and listing on Nasdaq in January"

I was referring to your comment mate about :-
"I reckon you are looking at the 20th onwards for a listing."

That is specifically where I believe you are wrong as I am seeing it happening in "early January" now that Joel is in control and we are free of the SEC.

There is really no possible reason why it will run as late as you mentioned bud and I am only trying to help you and others with an understanding of how this guy works and late January, IMO will not be an option for him with him having full control.
Mid Jan at the latest would be my assumption and maybe even earlier.
