I gather the benefit for them would be the opportunity to sell their stocks to the US retail traders who don't currently have access/experience/desire trading on international markets such as the ASX. They will effectively be the gateway to this stock. I can see this being mainly appealing to a hedge fund with deep pockets, not small players.

All just in my opinion. I am trying to keep up with this amazing journey and am learning more & more about trading then I ever thought I would!
