Reading and comprehension certainly has become a lost art for a large majority of the general and wider community these days ...some posters here display the same inability to manage these simple yet core skill life tasks ....
the registration statement could, as we have all previously been advised, be approved and as such become 'effective' as early as tomorrow
that would see the securities filed for listing the following day
before the end of this calendar year......this is entirely possible.
It is also entirely possible that such approval may not occur for some further weeks, as per the legal framework set out as listing guidance and procedure within the terms of Nasdaq/Sec filing and listing rules.
Look it up ....don't be lazy and simple. it does those who follow this pathway no credit whatsoever....and then wish to 'i told you so' on the back of what??? on the back of no research or valuable contribution.
the update provided by the company this morning is
'further guidance' in progress of the process....be thankful the CEO takes the time to update and inform this thread / ASX of such matters - he, and the company is under no obligation to do so...
be thankful....of course that too is becoming something of a lost human condition
If you wish to understand the filing and listing rules do your own research - otherwise again
