to add further to my belief, as to the "period of time" that we are in currently , consider AHI and its Nasdaq listing.
I would find it somewhat of an impossible task for AHI to have listed and commenced trading on the Nasdaq 24 hours
after the SEC made it public on its website that its Application has effect. It is highly likely that AHI would have been informed
by the SEC that the Application process was completed a week or two or more prior to "public" knowledge of effect on its website.
