I would expect that COGS wouldn’t be an issue as Betadine is sold over the counter and in supermarkets. So I think the model would work however if it is just the Australian market then sales will be cyclic to the cold season.
I think what Avecho are doing is a little bit different with their Phase 3 to get TGA backed over the counter packaged CBD for insomnia. There it makes sense as an alternative to prescription medication and minimal over the counter options.
