Ann: Update on New International Partnerships, page-80

The 10.5 cent target I've been speaking about being an 80% capitulation target has been hit and trading around it and at it, with over a million shares (maybe 2 mil? Don't bother watching this dumpster fire too closely atm since it was my birthday) over the last few days, I hope for shareholders that's the end of the selling and it tends up from here. 80% capitulation is a good target and formation to trade from the bottom. But with the disaster of bad schedule management and broken promises it may not actually be the bottom and I would think to tread very cautiously around this area. Too bad they didn't get this project off the ground.
