    The way I read things in this announcement is it will be initially 50 Tpd and the second module will be installed soon after for a total 100 Tpd. They do not say so explicitly but the impression I get is throughput is going to be tied to the 'infrared feedstock processing robot'.
    The other number in the announcement is they require storage tanks for 100,000 litres/day [which = ~100t/d].
