Which NEM would have expected.

I think if They do it at 0.43 or 0.44 Most of people would be happy.

Worse case do 0.4 +$2 Cash + this current Special dividend... 0.29 = $29.41 using the after market. last closing of NEM

If no special dividend = Board totally wants to sell NCM
Have Special Dividend = Board preparing to sell NCM just at a higher price.

Nowadays to get such good stuff. It's pretty Rare.. Especially not spending a single cent to do a hostile take over.
