Respectfully I disagree, they had poor financial management and governance before the sectors conditions changed. Competitors Regis and Estia have fared better through this period and not had the issues within their homes to the same degree.
I am wondering based on what earnings and profit projections you are getting to $2 per share. I have the business currently valued at somewhere between $1.36 and $1.65 based on the increased occupancy to pre-Covid levels, the increased government payments etc. Interesting to hear other people's thinking.
The Melbourne lockdown would certainly have set back the recovery in occupancy rates by a couple of months.
