based on last gross profit of 81.97m a fair offer is at least 7 to 10 time gross profit equates to $2.14 to $3.07 per share... remember a location that already bought by JHC in NSW and VIC will go up over time... but anything around$1.5 to $1.8 is what might be reasonable... valuation... IMO... but you director might agree to lower valuation.
