My valuation is based on the same as yours plus my opinion of the future potential for the aged care sector. As I have stated previously imo this is a growth industry ,we have an increasing aged population, the govt can not afford to pay people to support us in our own homes and our kids are to busy living the high life to give a shit about looking after us so the likes of JHC imo will thrive. (if managed well )My mind drifts back some years as I lament my purchase of RHC at around $2.80 and celebrating my sale at $5, my point being self explanatory if you look at RHC SP. Now JHC will probably never be an RHC but it has the potential imo to reap the rewards of just having survived the last 2 yrs so lets not hand it over to an opportunist for jack shit.
