The government needs to permit the charging of additional accommodation fees to meaningfully increase profits in the sector.

Previous share prices were based on hope. There is now no more hope because all factors are known. The only other possibility is a higher bidder which I don't see happening.

to add to it, JHC had a pre-CoVID clean NPAT rate of $5-8m.

Calvary's offer implies an NPAT multiple of 50x... take out some head office costs and procurement synergies and the multiple drops to about 20x if things go well...

20x for this company is ample, though...
