With a data room open it's effectively on the market. Those granted access will have excellent info off which to base their valuation. So anywhere near what the board assesses as fair value will get a yes recommendation. Any third or fourth bidder must be pretty sure of their numbers to not get in the data room (Sudholz prob would be) and know what these two will know. My opinion is this will sell and I'm guessing the third bidder will emerge very soon. They can't wait until after the data room is vacated and a bid is launched and accepted. I reckon it's heating up fast and we'll hear more in the next week or two.
