IMO it's gonna take a bit longer, graphite pricing not doing much for the moment which means urgency to sign off on deals is not there. A higher price environment speeds everything up. Have recently seen the uranium sector go on a tear off the back of higher spot pricing, a similar scenario needed for graphite to get things going. I suspect that there could be around ~5 potential suitors circling Bunyu which could create some healthy competition.
