I just feel PC is promising the world (funding of Stage 1 Bunyu) but in reality, it's harder to get funding NOW than it has been in the last 7 years!
What makes you think he will come through?
Plenty of stop losses getting hit and any news now will not stop the bleeding, maybe just stabilise the SP until we see evidence of the plant being built.
More LT holding me thinks.
