At the time when PC was making those claims, there was a lot of heat on him from SH'S (much of that was residual anger from the former CEO).
IMO, it was a show of desperation from PC firstly, to try and halt the SP slide and secondly, to entice a new investor/s to provide funding.
I guess he must be realising now what TM was trying to do was actually not that easy!
Plus in this environment, how can you make such claims?
