Not sure what individual income tax legislation has to do with trading profits of an overseas entity? It's not as simple as that. It will all come down to whether TGM is treated as an Australian resident company for tax purposes. This will largely be determined by the deemed location of central management control and whether TGM joins FML into a consolidated group. Not advice...dyor.
