    Suggest people think about just why Goldman Sacchs would borrow shares to sell them down to way below the rrights issue price......

    As in Chess look a few steps ahead of anything you see right now. for example this selldown hasalready SUCCESSFULLY reduced the takeup % of the offered shares. Who benefits from this..... and is it just another step in their overall goal.
