from a distance - take a glance and it looks like ordinary corporate "play". Novartis would employ a room full of people whose job it is to hurt it's rivals - I like many would see a stock that we were not so attached - and not think too much about the combination of events leading to this announcement. Novartis suck ! They always sucked. I hope not - but T/O with so and so big pharma script is the a huge possibility now. SI and crew would secure their salary's in any such deal , so I don't think it's a small chance of happening .
