We know we have OTAT and from that flows rem-l approvals ……There is now a question mark
We know we have CHF in front of FDA for guidance on approval process …another qustion mark
We know we have lower back in front of FDA &EMA ……lagging at best question mark at worst
Now we all are in a knowledge vacuum …..what to do now?
I would propose SI does a conference call and put everything on the table and from there everyone will be on an equal footing
MSB will be lucky not to have a class action pending over his handling not of the CRL but everything from say New years day on
Hindsight and Monday morning quarterbacking won’t cut the mustsrd today but one thing is apparent ….he does not care about retail shareholders and inadvertently (being kind here) helps shorters with his lack of transparency
