Big Pharma has always and will always make decisions based on self interest. Remember the letter to the FDA when ODAC met? All will be revealed in the longer term, but understanding the market players and sometime 'controllers' in the industry/market is a key part of DYOR. Getting into the Lion's cage and expecting or hoping that he/she won't maul you is fraught with danger.
