1. Intimidate knowledge of the science.
2. Intimate knowledge of the IP.
3. Intimate knowledge of the patents.
4. Intimate knowledge of where all the P3's went wrong.
5. Intimate knowledge of all things to do with FDA trials relating to stem cells. Cutting edge, not seen by anyone else.
6. Their money.
