Do you really believe Novartis would end the agreement if the OTAT hadn't been held yet? They've waited so long, I just can't believe they haven't walked with very good reason.
They are the experts. They have the inside knowledge.
They don't want a part of it.
(And as we're constantly reminded on here, it's loose change for Novartis)
