I think I missed that announcement too...
As much as people seem to overlook this, Novartis don't just "terminate" an agreement if there's a slight chance of the thing failing. They must of had a good look under the bonnet, hear the approach to any upcoming OTAT and FDA meeting and thought 'pull the plug, onto the next one'.
