Must have known for months and kept us in the dark and stringing us along especially with the announcements early in November alluded to closing conditions were dependant on data still being analysed
I detect class actions afoot and several posters have forewarned the management ….with the end point being they would not be stupid enough to delay the news that NVS was rocky with the threat of class actions hanging over their heads
Well it looks like they were that stupid
