Everyone is trying to find something positive in this announcement which I fail to see.

Do holders know at what price the executive team value MSB at in terms of takeover? Is it 1b, 3b, 5b,10b or 100b?

A company like Novartis wouldn't just walk away from the deal if they saw potential.... They would have figured out a way to keep their options open!!

Novartis just got big cash wind from selling Roche stake and looking to sell their Generocs arm and they not tight on cash, in fact they gona have so much cash that they will definitely acquire something big or spread out across 2-3 acquisitions. and this is the company who paid 10b for two acquisitions recently with products still in development... so where they or any MNC see value, they are not shy away from paying a premium...

Any MNC will be looking at the track record, 17 years with 0 FDA approval....No MNC will simply can't ignore this fact...

given that there hasn't been any serious big in last 17 years to acquire MsB by any big MnC's raise questions...
