I agree that if the outcome of the OTAT was known MSB would have released this information yesterday. So I don't believe this to be the case. Officially.

But as discussed here often, Novartis would have been party to discussions and the evidence put forward.
I can not fathom that they would end partnership just before what they expect to be a positive OTAT outcome.

MSB have really let shareholders down (again) by suggesting for so long ( and very recently) that they expect Novartis to finalise the deal. And yet when the result is the opposite and the price crashes, and the long term future of the company is thrown into doubt.
Why should retail holders have faith in the tech if it appears one of the great bio-tech companies in the world, with all their expertise, doesn't appear to share that confidence.

They release a short statement, providing very little explanation /detail and leaving holders mostly in the dark fearing the worst.

Really poor management. Showing no respect for the retail holders. I'm sure the institutional holders have been briefed.
