@Royalsandman, I know nothing about your personal situation but I expect we are in a similar “underwater” situation. I am not giving advice on your investment strategy, I can only give you how I look at this. I have stopped looking at how much I am down. Expect close to £250 -300 k. I did not invest to make 1 or 2 %, I have property for those sort of returns. I invested because I was looking for a 10x + return. For that sort of potential I have to accept the volatility that comes with it. Mesoblast is simply conforming to the bio tech space. Will we succeed is the key, not so much when. Timeline is not infinite but a 2026 time line is not unreasonable. Big difference here is that the product has in Japan a track record of success. Data from gold,plated,trials has underlined the potential. We have to be patient. OTAT will clarify a lot. I believe holders will be richly rewarded. Hopefully you will celebrate with us.
