Surprised you weren't aware of how much SI has made from trading the company shares, because it has been mentioned several times. Actually since his holding dominates the register and he has a substantial financial incentive to promote the company and to get FDA approval of the therapy. So his push to get the treatments approved might well be personal profit rather than the altruistic motives some posters here like to suggest. He has a massive conflict of interest when discussing the outcomes of the trials and their scientific merits.
