Thanks SFBs ! MTC have about $22 million in accumulated losses so far so surely the first $20million of any transaction would be tax free ( just covering losses ) ? Anyway Tans metal fund are suggesting $36 mil USD for completion + $20 mil USD for mining permit + $25 mil usd Royalty. I’d rather vote for a straight takeover of $50 mil USD and am sure many other voters are similar. They then get the other assets for free and it’s cheaper ( assuming they get the mining permit. In a scheme arrangement you need 75% of votes for a successful takeover, also need 75% of votes to sell our main asset as per the current plan. Anyway with 78% controlled by top twenties, they will determine how this goes. GLTAHs.
