So, if the transaction gets the SH approval, 85% of initial $53.6M will be paid out to shareholders which is $45.56M. We have 188,954,590 number of shares which means a cash payment of $0.24 per shares. This is my understanding and I think this is not bad given that this is just initial payment and there will options for more payment in near future.
