Thanks for that. ThisChinese shareholder that tipped in at 40cents, can they effectively the takeover? Im not sure what their holding is. The last release from the company spoke favourably about the bona fides of the bid and those making the bid. I didn’t think they would sound so positive unless they were keen to progress it. And I would have thought they would have spoken to major shareholders before releasing that update. Maybe they are just trying to send a message to other potential bidders about how genuine the take over offer is.
im guessing the mining permit could bring out another bid or up the value of this bid.
