They did say 2 to 3 months to wrap this up. The 2nd May will be exactly 3 months. So yeah, they havn't dismissed it, so a deal will get done. With our funding issues we don't have a choice. We can-not do a capital raise at this low price. So only option is to accept or maybe haggle and bluff a little.
