I am sorry but this current offer is too low and conditional and also when the offer was made gold price was around 2000$ and now it is above 2300$. We need an offer that is unconditional and close to 250M at least. With SPP or Right Share offering for CR, dilution is not harmful for shareholders. I am not in favour of current offer and that's my personal opinion.
