The Tanzanians had to change the rules because they were tired of being robbed of their resources, period. There was no way of sugar-coating that....change had come. All serious miners have realized and accepted that... we saw no one packing their bags and leave.
The Chinese want the worldclass Chilalo graphite...they haven't walked away either.
The jv will be signed, the mine will be set up and all patient gpx investors will be amply rewarded. I am thankful that we have capable management in Phil and his team.
