Tranche 2 payment of $1,625,000 due 30 Sept to increase ownership from 25% to 40%.
Tranche 1 was a 2 for 1 rights issued at 0.5 cents.
Looks like market is expecting a 2 for 1 rights issue at 1.0 cents this time around.
80 million unlisted options ex @ 2 cents expiring 31 Dec 2016. Strong motivation to raise the SP above 2 cents before then.
