A one-off ERP cost suggests they changed payroll software. The rest is probably extra IT costs for COVID (a hell of a lot of extra monitors to give the entire company a work-from-home platform), and redundancies.
APLNG is doing pretty well considering the COVID effect on oil price, it's Energy Markets that is the real drag here.
