Given that SIO is now owned by a number of large holders 3 of which are builders, a hedge fund and the original family I wouldn't be surprised if we see a delisting/ take private again.
I haven't calculated recently but there would be a rather small percentage outside of major holders these days.
If they want to get rid of the small holders and HML it would only take an offer of 60c+ for a majority to consider the offer and walk away.
If we don't see a dividend or a price rise this holding is going to be costing a lot of people. I'm sure HML doesn't like having a loss making position on their books
