Hopefully they can implement something that will help steer the ship in the right direction. One thing is certain they need some stability amongst the senior ranks. People don't leave business' they leave bosses. It's not just senior people that are leaving, the Indians out in the outer offices that know what they have to do and are left to get on with their jobs are walking out too.
