I'd like to see some management with skin in the game. Maybe brad should buy a few shares with his half million pay cheque? Maybe then we won't get more dams springing leaks. We also need management with technical expertise on the ground in DRC, rather than running things from half a world away. Last 12 months an operational shocker, total failure of oversight.
