I think he's clearly a straight shooter who knows what he's doing technically and experienced managing companies with over stretched balance sheets... What more could you ask?
Not his fault the grades surprised to the downside and the mine was uneconomic and it's up to shareholders to determine what they're willing to pay to be a part of it - not management.
