    The thing this ann says to me is that a funding deal has been struck in principle. If it wasn't then we would of either;
    a. heard nothing
    b. got a scary ann about administrstors or something.

    I'd say the next few days/week they will be fining tuning the exact details, however overall I would say a deal has been agreed to.
