Wasn't Mencel the one who signed the contract with Aurizon in early 2023, then concealed from the market until June 2024 (including during two capital raises) the quantum of the minimum guaranteed charges (>300ktpa) in the contract? In late November 2023 he claimed production was at a run rate of 240ktpa, the company raised capital in February 2024 on that basis, and yet March 2024 quarterly showed that he plainly lied....it all went downhill pretty fast from there.
