This doc reads very well , the press release nicely sets out the potential bad behaviour by Greentechs directors in directing loan payments to individuals and not to the lender as well as dubious investments, getting a director on the board who can then agitate and hopefully lead to a full sale of the 50% mine holding at a low price wpuld be a great outcome ... once they own a chunk of the shares they can really agitate ...
