I'm not worried about APAC not understanding local business culture. They are a HK firm after all. Main principal is Malaysian Chinese and has been active in the HK/China corporate scene for decades.
Greentech minority shareholders are caught in between a rock and a hard place. Hold out and risk getting trapped with a delisted stock and crooked management & directors, or sell out cheap but at least recover a decent amount of cash and move on with life. I know I'd choose the latter.
